Exposed to cultures and languages, I acquired a flair for sophisticated, international entertaining. I had a wonderful experience with Chef Elisabetta! The communication leading up to the event, including expert wine recommendations, was great & she was very responsive. The chef was punctual the day of and was super friendly and conversational from the moment she arrived, setting the tone for a fun & laid-back night. And the food! Every course she made was sensational and truly authentic Italian cooking- healthy, minimal ingredients, and full of amazing flavors! Bonus: we had tasty leftovers. It was really like being at a cafe in Italy. I would absolutely book another experience with her- my boyfriend and I had a wonderful (and tantalizing) experience!
