Indulge in traditional Italian dinner favorites prepared by Chef Elisabetta.
In this private chef experience, Chef Elisabetta begins with your choice of an enticing saffron risotto or a homemade pasta with basil pesto, green beans, nuts and Parmesan. Then, you'll sit back and relax as she prepares either upscale chicken tenderloins with white wine sauce or a classic eggplant parmigiana with roasted peppers. For dessert, you'll get to satisfy your sweet tooth with a choice of tiramisu, oven-roasted plums or roasted pears in a red wine reduction.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I had a wonderful experience with Chef Elisabetta! The communication leading up to the event, including expert wine recommendations, was great & she was very responsive. The chef was punctual the day of and was super friendly and conversational from the moment she arrived, setting the tone for a fun & laid-back night. And the food! Every course she made was sensational and truly authentic Italian cooking- healthy, minimal ingredients, and full of amazing flavors! Bonus: we had tasty leftovers. It was really like being at a cafe in Italy. I would absolutely book another experience with her- my boyfriend and I had a wonderful (and tantalizing) experience!

Everything about this experience was great! The food was amazing, the wine selections were right on, and Chef Elisabetta is a top notch professional. She is personable, entertained all of our questions, and seamlessly worked in our home to make the whole experience comfortable. My wife and I will book again!

I was born and raised in Rome. My Father is from Naples and my Mom from Tuscany, both known for excellent cuisine. I've travelled and lived in many countries as a diplomat’s wife. Exposed to cultures and languages, I acquired a flair for sophisticated, international entertaining. While appreciation of the food is key for a successful party, there is also a magic element in entertaining – it’s the soul, the spirit, something indefinable you can only provide with perfect food.
