Embark on a journey to a Roman trattoria for the Italian meal of your dreams.
During this private dining experience, Chef Elisabetta will prepare for you an authentic four-course Italian menu featuring fares traditionally found in some of the best rustic Roman trattorias. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include tender Roman-style gnocchi made with semolina and Parmigiano, spaghetti alla carbonara with pancetta, veal saltimbocca with prosciutto or veal scaloppini with Marsala, flourless chocolate cake with almonds and pistachios, and more!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I had a wonderful experience with Chef Elisabetta! The communication leading up to the event, including expert wine recommendations, was great & she was very responsive. The chef was punctual the day of and was super friendly and conversational from the moment she arrived, setting the tone for a fun & laid-back night. And the food! Every course she made was sensational and truly authentic Italian cooking- healthy, minimal ingredients, and full of amazing flavors! Bonus: we had tasty leftovers. It was really like being at a cafe in Italy. I would absolutely book another experience with her- my boyfriend and I had a wonderful (and tantalizing) experience!

Chef Elisabetta is such a sweet person and amazing chef! The meal was delicious, perfect for my anniversary dinner (my favorite was the handmade pasta) and she generously accommodated to my timing preference. Would definitely recommend booking her for your next event!

I was born and raised in Rome. My Father is from Naples and my Mom from Tuscany, both known for excellent cuisine. I've travelled and lived in many countries as a diplomat’s wife. Exposed to cultures and languages, I acquired a flair for sophisticated, international entertaining. While appreciation of the food is key for a successful party, there is also a magic element in entertaining – it’s the soul, the spirit, something indefinable you can only provide with perfect food.
