This Devil Wears Prada-inspired private chef experience, curated by an esteemed Chef Marc V. or Resident Chef with a flair for the culinary theatrics and an eye for impeccable detail. Every course of this menu is composed with the precision of a runway look, every plate a statement in its own right.
The evening opens with a fresh oyster topped with Champagne granita and a single caviar pearl, before moving into a blue cheese risotto with toasted walnuts and edible gold. The main course presents lacquered duck breast with cherry jus and creamed potato – rich, refined and effortlessly elegant. The night closes with a white chocolate shell filled with raspberry coulis and vanilla cream. Reserve your seat and dress accordingly.
