Private Chef - Mediterranean Surf and Turf
In this private culinary experience, Chef Pierre draws inspiration from the Mediterranean as he puts his own spin on a classic surf and turf meal featuring filet mignon and red lobster. Some of the other dishes you can look forward to enjoying on Chef Pierre's Michelin star-quality menu include creamy celery root and roasted garlic bisque and saffron pearl pasta.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
