Had a great time. Chef Sandi was fun and accommodating and make us feel like old friends The environment was very comfortable and casual. The process was interactive yet extremely simple. Chef Sandi was professional, explained in great detail her preparation of each meal. She was well prepared, she answered all of my questions with patience, and a wealth of knowledge. Her culinary skills were superb, the flavors of her red mole chicken tacos left me speechless, the crispy onions were an awesome addition. She’s skilled at combining spices, and flavors that left my palate wanting more. Each dish was an experience that was quite memorable. Her cooking classes will leave you with not just great dishes, but a wealth of knowledge into the culinary experience.
