In this hands-on class with Chef Sandi, take your taste buds on a trip south of the border while learning the skills for a simple three-course meal that is anything but simple when it comes to flavor.

Begin by making a refreshing jicama salad sparkling with little red pomegranate jewels. Then, learn the secret to perfectly soft corn tortillas to hold your red mole chicken. You'll also learn how to make a deep fried crispy onion topping as well as earthy, smoky black beans to help bring everything together.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After 12 years of running it successfully, Chef Sandi sold the business to an employee. Now, Chef Sandi is pursuing her culinary passion by teaching amazing cooking classes!
