WHAT YOU’LL DO
Get ready to be transported by Chef Sandi's traditional, unique south of the border menu.
In this hands-on class with Chef Sandi, take your taste buds on a trip south of the border while learning the skills for a simple three-course meal that is anything but simple when it comes to flavor.
Begin by making a refreshing jicama salad sparkling with little red pomegranate jewels. Then, learn the secret to perfectly soft corn tortillas to hold your red mole chicken. You'll also learn how to make a deep fried crispy onion topping as well as earthy, smoky black beans to help bring everything together.

Chef Sandi was professional, explained in great detail her preparation of each meal. She was well prepared, she answered all of my questions with patience, and a wealth of knowledge. Her culinary skills were superb, the flavors of her red mole chicken tacos left me speechless, the crispy onions were an awesome addition. She’s skilled at combining spices, and flavors that left my palate wanting more. Each dish was an experience that was quite memorable.
