In this hands-on class with Chef Sandi, you will learn a combination of modern and traditional techniques to prepare a creative and comforting chicken-centric meal that is sure to make its way into your weekly dinner routine.

First, learn a fresh take on old-fashioned chicken soup with a tantalizing lemon essence accompanied with homemade egg noodles. Then, you'll learn how to make a creamy caraway dressed slaw with carrots, parsnips, and rutabagas. Lastly, bake up a loaf of hearty molasses yeast bread with indulgent honey butter.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The experience she gained working for such a talented chef led her to pursue ownership of her own catering company. After 12 years of running it successfully, Chef Sandi sold the business to an employee. Now, Chef Sandi is pursuing her culinary passion by teaching amazing cooking classes!
