In this hands-on class with Chef Sandi, you will learn a combination of modern and traditional techniques to prepare a creative and comforting chicken-centric meal that is sure to make its way into your weekly dinner routine.
First, learn a fresh take on old-fashioned chicken soup with a tantalizing lemon essence accompanied with homemade egg noodles. Then, you'll learn how to make a creamy caraway dressed slaw with carrots, parsnips, and rutabagas. Lastly, bake up a loaf of hearty molasses yeast bread with indulgent honey butter.
