Cooking Class - Southeast Asian Street Food
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn expert culinary tips and tricks to create authentic Southeast Asian street food cuisine as you take a culinary journey to Korea, China and the Philippines.
From appetizer to dessert, you'll hand-craft four traditional dishes using fresh ingredients. Under Chef Chris' expert tutelage, you'll whip up dumplings filled with pork and shrimp, crunchy Korean fried chicken, mushroom dan dan noodles with spicy black vinegar, and banana lumpia with cinnamon sugar to end the class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
