Cooking Class - Southeast Asian Street Food

Learn how to make unique street food recipes from Southeast Asia with Chef Chris.

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn expert culinary tips and tricks to create authentic Southeast Asian street food cuisine as you take a culinary journey to Korea, China and the Philippines.

From appetizer to dessert, you'll handcraft four traditional dishes using fresh ingredients. Under Chef Chris' expert tutelage, you'll whip up dumplings filled with pork and shrimp, crunchy Korean fried chicken, mushroom mapo tofu with Sichuan sauce, and a Japanese fish-shaped cake for dessert to end the class.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was the perfect couples activity. All the food came out incredible, Chef Chris was very personable and made us feel super welcome, and it was just a perfect experience. He'll absolutely be seeing us again for another class!

We loved this class so much! Chris was kind, patient, and fun to talk to while we cooked. We had done a larger cooking class before, but we really appreciated the cozy setting in Chris's home because it allowed us to actually make every item. We learned so much and had a great time; the homemade corn tortillas were to die for, and I'm so excited to make them at home. The end result was SO delicious...we wished our stomachs were bigger. Thank you, Chris!
