After finishing culinary school, Chef Chris worked under a James Beard-nominated chef at his flagship restaurant in an up-and-coming neighborhood in Miami. Chris was phenomenal. He explained everything in detail, very patient, and we even met his wife and baby at his home. I would like to let him know how much my bf and I enjoyed his cooking class of Street Mexican food. I even learned how to properly cut an onion. We had such a fun time!! Sholanda

What a fun time! Chef Chris made the whole experience fun and easy to follow. He demonstrated the instructions and we each got to do everything, from making the doughs to the fillings. He even sent the recipes! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve their cooking skills!

This was a great experience. It involved much participation, and we had the opportunity to not only learn this particular recipe but also some great prepping and cooking tips in general. Definitely recommend. It was a great experience overall. The homemade guacamole and salsa were delicious and the entire meal was very tasty overall.
