My husband and I had so much fun cooking together with Chef Chris! We made mandu, bulgogi chicken, spam kimchi fried rice, fried zucchini, and three types of bonchon with cucumbers and potatoes, along with lettuce cups and dipping sauce. Everything was delicious. This is a great class for beginners.

The cooking class was a lot of fun and very hands-on. Chef Chris was extremely helpful and explained in detail what to look for when cooking pasta, making ice cream, and preparing salad dressing. He is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him.

What a fun time! Chef Chris made the whole experience fun and easy to follow. He demonstrated the instructions and we each got to do everything, from making the doughs to the fillings. He even sent the recipes! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve their cooking skills!

This was a great experience. It involved much participation, and we had the opportunity to not only learn this particular recipe but also some great prepping and cooking tips in general. Definitely recommend. It was a great experience overall. The homemade guacamole and salsa were delicious and the entire meal was very tasty overall.

We loved this class so much! Chris was kind, patient, and fun to talk to while we cooked. We had done a larger cooking class before, but we really appreciated the cozy setting in Chris's home because it allowed us to actually make every item. We learned so much and had a great time; the homemade corn tortillas were to die for, and I'm so excited to make them at home. The end result was SO delicious...we wished our stomachs were bigger. Thank you, Chris!

Our Mexican cooking class was an absolute amazing! Led by Chef Chris in a spotless kitchen, we savored every moment of creating enchiladas, ceviche, tortillas, and churros. The hands-on experience was incredible, and our chef even shared the recipes for us to recreate the magic at home. From start to finish, it was a delicious and unforgettable experience that we'll treasure forever. Would definitely recommend!

Working with Chef Chris was a wonderful experience! His teaching skills and verbal instructions were clear and easy to follow. He made us feel comfortable when asking questions or asking for a repeat demonstration. Chef Chris explained his choice of kitchen tools and appliances and it’s use in our food prep. All foods used in our meal were pre-packaged, labeled and ready to use. Lastly, Chef Chris’ kitchen and working space was clean, uncluttered and well-organized. We’ve taken many food classes over the years and he is exceptional! We look forward to our next class with Chef Chris when we return to Las Vegas.

We absolutely loved Chef Chris! He was extremely flexible with us since our flight came in late. He was really fun to talk to and my husband and I left there feeling like we got our money’s worth. Chef Chris was very friendly, and his private class was laid back and enjoyable. Even though my wife is a great cook, she learned a lot from him, and he even went "off-menu" and made an extra item on the side to show her how it is done. The food was delicious, and he even packed up all the leftovers for us to take with us, so we had an extra meal the following day! We had a great time. Thanks!

My 13 y/o daughter and I met with Chris this week for a cooking lesson for a Mexican menu of shrimp ceviche, chicken enchiladas, churros and hibiscus tea. We had a fantastic time and learned so much. Chris is a patient and efficient teacher, explained procedures, background of the foods and techniques, adjusted the ingredients based on our preferences, and was an all-around great host. We will absolutely do a Cozymeal class again.

Chef Christian is a true culinary professional. It's obvious that cooking is his passion and his creativity shows in his fresh, flavorful combinations. I especially enjoyed watching him put the final touches on the chicken flautas and enchiladas in the manner that all trained chefs do - with intent and gracefulness whether it be a final seasoning, a flour toss, or a squeeze bottle drizzle. The shrimp ceviche, in particular, was as colorful and vibrant as it was delicious and the guava pastalito - fresh out of the oven with it's golden flaky crust - simply divine.
