Chorizo, avocados and mangoes take center stage in this healthy brunch dish perfect for breakfast at home or a festive picnic brunch. Chef V will share techniques in this live and interactive online cooking class to master a chorizo, crispy egg and avocado hash that everyone will love. You'll also whip up a tangy mango salsa. This entire menu is free of dairy, gluten, grain, legume and refined sugar.
