Learn how to prepare a healthy and flavorful plant-based holiday feast during this interactive experience.

During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Stacy, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet multi-course holiday feast using fresh, high-quality, plant-based ingredients and easy-to-learn culinary techniques. Some of the recipes you can look forward to cooking include a mushroom Wellington entrée with pecans, roasted delicata squash with a hazelnut-maple glaze and pear crumble for dessert.

Prep Work Details

Gather all needed ingredients, recipes and equipment. Soak dates. Preheat oven. Rinse and drain all produce and herbs and chop/cut up ingredients as instructed in the recipe directions.

Love Chef Stacy! She provides excellent detailed instructions, interactive, and will make you feel comfortable while learning. My first class with Chef Stacy: Galentine's Day brunch and this was my second class. I look forward to scheduling more classes with her.
