I had the pleasure of attending a private cooking class with chef Tracy recently. l'd have to say that I'm more than happy that I did. From the initial meeting, my party and I were greeted with chef Tracy's infectious joy. The meal of choice that we chose was Indian cuisine. This meal including the following: •Naan bread •Hummus with chickpeas, tahini and olive oil •Chicken Tikka Masala with spices •Basmati Rice with lentils, turmeric, tomatoes and cilantro & cauliflower. Collectively, l'd have to rate our experience with chef Tracy a 10/10 unforgettable time. Her knowledge of cooking, knack for health conscious choices, use of unique spices & her enthusiasm for educating others is ultimately something that should be shared with others. Whether you're looking for a fun date night experience or to elevate your cooking skills, definitely do yourself a favor and book.

Every bite was better than the last, culminating in an extraordinary dining experience! Chef Robert was personable but professional, he arrived just a few minutes before start time and cleaned as he went. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a great time at the Cuban cooking class! Our favorite parts were the mango salsa and empanadas, but everything was delicious and we got cooking tips and tricks that we're excited to try at home.

We had a great time with Chef Tracy! Such a fun experience and a learning experience. We love Thai Food so it was nice to finally learn to cook some. We didn't even realize we had signed up to a vegetarian class, but were pleasantly surprised! Very filling and flavorful food.

Chef Tracy is very knowledgeable and fun! I feel like I learned useful tips about cooking in general, and the specifics about the recipes we made. She facilitates the classes out of her home in Midtown. We all know how small those places are! But Chef Tracy utilizes every square inch of that place! I can't wait to take another class.

Me and my family had an absolutely wonderful time with Chef Tracy. From the start she was warm and inviting making us feel welcome. She was knowledgeable on all things cooking, and explained the science behind what we were doing and why. We learned to make wonderful and delicious food, and learned knife skills and techniques along the way. 10/10 experience, would recommend to anyone.

My mother and I had a wonderful experience with Chef Tracy! She was incredibly informative and knowledgeable about the ingredients, spices and overall process of cooking. Tracy was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Such a natural at teaching the art of cooking. Learning some new techniques that I plan to use in the kitchen right-away. The only thing that would make this experience better would be receiving a call beforehand and explanation that this experience is done at her home. I didn't realize that until the last moment and was concerned that the experience wasn't going to be legitimate. It definitely was though! You get lost in what she's teaching and completely forget about where you're at. It was so much fun! And completely safe.
