Cooking Class - Traditional Southern Dishes
Chef Robert takes Southern hospitality to new heights in this hands-on cooking class featuring four comforting recipes. You'll utilize classic ingredients as you learn new cooking techniques along the way.
Begin with a staple: Fried green tomatoes with mango adding a fun twist on traditional pico de gallo. Next, Chef Robert will teach you how to make shrimp and grits, a quintessential Southern recipe, this time infused with chipotle and served with a side of fried broccoli. End by baking peach cobbler with the perfect amounts of vanilla, bourbon and cinnamon.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
