Cooking Class - Seasonal Vegetarian Fare
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Robert will teach you knife and cooking techniques as you handcraft a four-course menu focused entirely on vegetarian ingredients.
Start off by frying green tomato bites infused with roasted corn. Next, you'll cook a variety of fresh vegetables, including asparagus, broccoli, squash, carrots and mushrooms for a pasta dish mixed with red sauce and Alfredo sauce. With tomatoes and mozzarella as the focal point, you'll build a Caprese salad with avocado and balsamic drizzle followed by a peach cobbler brought to life with bourbon brown sugar.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
