Learn how to make pizza from the dough up in this hands-on workshop-style class.

In this interactive cooking class with Chef Tracy, you'll learn how to create two types of pizza from scratch. From dough to sauce to fresh toppings, you'll get a complete lesson in how to make amazing pizza.

Begin by mixing pizza dough, creating tomato and white sauces and prepping topping options, which include vegetables like mushrooms and roasted red bell peppers, and protein options like Italian sausage and prosciutto. Then, it's time to top your pizzas and create something truly unique!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Great job! We enjoyed the pizza making experience. That bartender though.....we were all over served!
