Chef Wearing a Mask (Upon Request) Chef Ebony imparts wisdom for no-fuss pizza made completely from scratch.
Learn how to make spectacular homemade pizza, guided by an expert chef. After this hands-on cooking class, you'll be preparing pizza and flatbread for loved ones with ease.
First, you'll artfully assemble burrata, tomatoes and basil for a creamy and tangy caprese salad. Next, measure, mix and knead pizza dough, and learn how to prepare and season your own sauces, including marinara and basil pesto to top your pizza. Finally, Chef Ebony will show you how to make a fruity and classic Sicilian dessert that's subtly sweet and super simple.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
