Alex was awesome! We did a couples class and learned how to make cacio e pepe. It was one of the best pasta dishes we've ever had! The recipe was super easy to follow, and he showed us many tips and tricks along the way. Alex was super easy to get along with and talk to, and he made the whole experience enjoyable. He really exceeded expectations, would highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Alex and his pasta making class! He brought all of the key equipment and ingredients and had also prepped many of the ingredients (diced squash, onions, homemade filling, etc.) so cooking was a very smooth process! Chef Alex took the lead on much of the cooking but we were able to jump in in a few key spots that made sense and still learned a lot. He was very knowledgeable and we really enjoyed hearing about both his experience in the culinary industry and general cooking tips with these dishes/ingredients. Best of all, the soup and pasta were really very delicious and we would love to make them again on our own!

Chef Alex’s Advanced Pasta class was great! My boyfriend and I had a great time cooking with him - he is super personable & extremely knowledgeable with cooking tips & tricks. He brought everything we needed to make the recipes and did some great prep before hand to make sure class ran smoothly & on time. We would highly recommend his class to anyone interested! All of the dishes were SO DELICIOUS! Overall, great experience!!

Can’t recommend this enough! Chef Alex was great and taught us so much, and the meal was delicious! The pasta making and dessert were more hands on, and Alex did most of the salad and pasta sauce (but taught us lots of good tips along the way). Alex was very knowledgeable, a good conversationalist, brought all of his own supplies, and left our place spotless. Can’t wait to take another one of his classes!

Thank you for walking us through pasta making, we had a lot of fun and learned a lot. In retrospect, I think we both would have wanted the experience to be more hands on (you directing us and us doing most of the tasks), but there is always a balance to how much we can do without messing up the dish. Overall, the food was delicious, and we felt great about eating something that we got to make ourselves.

One of the most fun times I have had cooking. Alex was a true professional. Showed up on time, very friendly, and let you be involved in the process as much as you wanted. He kept it simple and fun and gave some helpful tips and tricks on how to make delicious pasta. He times it out perfectly where everything is cooked, then packs up his things and leaves to let you eat and do your thing. He brings the supplies so the kitchen looks spotless afterward. I will be recommending him to all of my friends.

The experience was absolutely amazing. I planned it as a gift for my girlfriend for her birthday and she LOVED it. Alex was superb, he was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, courteous, professional, clean, etc., I could go on and on. Chef Alex was AMAZING!!! First off he was on time, brought all the ingredients and tools needed to prepare the wonderful 3 course meal. His attention to detail and instruction was great as we learned not only on how to make great pasta but also how to prep for the full course meal. We learned how to make a super simple tiramisu dessert and a fresh fennel salad. It was lots of fun preparing the entire meal making us beginners look like pros. We highly recommend to anyone looking to learn how to make pasta and have fun as he walks you through each step. Thank you, Chef Alex!!!

Alex was INCREDIBLE! He curated an amazing experience for me and my friends, and the pasta dish we created together was one of the best I'd had in my entire life. Alex showed up promptly on time and had all of his own supplies so it was super easy and low impact on my kitchen. 10/10 would recommend for a gift or just a to take some pressure off your next dinner party - Thank you Alex!
