What an incredible experience! Alex was awesome! I would highly recommend taking one of his classes. He was on time, knowledgeable, personable, and helped us cook an incredible meal. Alex also did a great job interacting with our 5 year old son, who was very excited to help as the “sous chef”. Couldn’t be more happy about our experience and we will 100% be booking him again. We had a great experience with Alex and his pasta making class! He brought all of the key equipment and ingredients and had also prepped many of the ingredients (diced squash, onions, homemade filling, etc.) so cooking was a very smooth process! Chef Alex took the lead on much of the cooking but we were able to jump in in a few key spots that made sense and still learned a lot. He was very knowledgeable and we really enjoyed hearing about both his experience in the culinary industry and general cooking tips with these dishes/ingredients. Best of all, the soup and pasta were really very delicious and we would love to make them again on our own!
