Enjoy an elegant yet rustic Italian meal carefully crafted by Chef Alex.
Indulge in a high-end restaurant experience from the comfort of home with Chef Alex's gourmet Italian meal. This four-course dinner includes an elevated take on classic Italian dishes, beginning with a fresh arugula salad with ricotta and roasted grapes in a balsamic dressing. Next, a sfoglia pomodoro with melted mozzarella and fresh basil before braised chicken legs and creamy polenta. For dessert, a creamy egg custard with shortbread and fresh fruit.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

What an incredible experience! Alex was awesome! I would highly recommend taking one of his classes. He was on time, knowledgeable, personable, and helped us cook an incredible meal. Alex also did a great job interacting with our 5 year old son, who was very excited to help as the “sous chef”. Couldn’t be more happy about our experience and we will 100% be booking him again. Thanks again Chef Alex!

We had a great experience with Alex and his pasta making class! He brought all of the key equipment and ingredients and had also prepped many of the ingredients (diced squash, onions, homemade filling, etc.) so cooking was a very smooth process! Chef Alex took the lead on much of the cooking but we were able to jump in in a few key spots that made sense and still learned a lot. He was very knowledgeable and we really enjoyed hearing about both his experience in the culinary industry and general cooking tips with these dishes/ingredients. Best of all, the soup and pasta were really very delicious and we would love to make them again on our own!
After graduating from a classic French culinary school in the Midwest, Chef Alex worked in prestigious Michelin starred kitchens focusing on French, Italian and Mediterranean cuisines.
