Join Chef Yani for a satisfying meal where fresh ingredients shine.

In this seasonal, ingredient-driven private chef experience, Chef Yani uses wholesome ingredients as the backbone of an earthy menu, creating a meal that leaves you comforted and satisfied.

You’ll start with a fresh salad of crunchy lentils, purple kale, Gordon olives and feta for a satisfying mix of textures. Then savor blackened salmon paired with creamy Dijon mustard and fresh greens. A second entrée of turkey meatballs awaits, served with pumpkin, sage sauce and a hint of chile oil for depth. For dessert, guava cream brûlée offers a smooth, lightly caramelized escape with a fruity aftertaste.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
