Private Chef - Japanese Omakase-Style Dinner
During this private chef experience, Chef Andy will prepare for you a gourmet six-course omakase-style dinner that will take you on a one-of-a-kind culinary exploration of authentic Asian cuisine. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include homemade miso soup with scallion oil, tobiko nigiri with black sea salt, salmon nigiri with ponzu, smoky enoki mushrooms and homemade matcha ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
