Embark on a culinary adventure through a Japanese dinner handcrafted by Chef Andy.

During this private chef experience, Chef Andy will prepare an elevated six-course omakase-inspired dinner showcasing the precision, balance and artistry of Japanese cuisine. Thoughtfully curated and crafted fresh in your home, this immersive dining experience features your choice of refined appetizers, comforting housemade soups, chef-selected premium nigiri, signature sushi rolls and an elegant Japanese-inspired dessert.

 

From savory takoyaki and miso-glazed eggplant to expertly sliced sea bream, bluefin tuna and Hokkaido scallops, each course highlights authentic flavors and premium ingredients. End the evening with a sweet finish like yuzu cheesecake, matcha lava cake or a delicate raindrop cake for a memorable culinary journey.



Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
