Cooking Class - Classic French Cuisine
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Alex will guide you as you learn foundational techniques to compose a selection of French classics. You will work toward mastering preparations of eggs, fish, vegetables, sauces and more.
Begin the meal by crafting a Lyonnaise salad with soft poached eggs and tangy Dijon vinaigrette. For the centerpiece of the meal, you will learn to make trout almondine with rich brown butter accompanied by poached asparagus with lemon zest. Finish the meal by preparing authentic apple crêpes and delicate whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
