Cooking Class - Chinese Takeout Favorites

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef David will teach you how to recreate beloved Chinese takeout recipes in your own kitchen. Learn how to make savory sauces, crispy dumplings and hearty fried rice from start to finish while practicing your knife cuts and other fundamental cooking skills.

Begin your takeout feast with pork and vegetable-filled dumplings and a rich homemade dipping sauce. Next, you will prepare the iconic beef and broccoli and classic vegetable fried rice. Finish by baking up subtly sweet almond cookies for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The class was a breeze and enjoyable with only 7 people. The kitchen was spotless and fully equipped, making cooking a delight. Chef David was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable host, ensuring a fantastic experience. You'll discover new kitchen tricks you may not have known before.
