Begin by crafting perfectly textured sushi rice and prepping crisp, colorful fillings. Then, follow step-by-step guidance to create two classic rolls: a refreshing veggie roll with sweet mango and crunchy cucumber, plus a creamy California roll filled with avocado, surimi and cucumber. Come ready to chop, roll and enjoy, and feel free to pair your creations with a distillery pour or craft cocktail available on-site.

After attending culinary school in the 1980s, Chef Janet deepened her culinary journey while living in Taiwan and Hong Kong, where she also began her career as a high school teacher. For decades, she’s been teaching a wide range of cooking classes, on and off, always with the same goal: to empower others through food. Nothing makes her happier than seeing the spark of joy and pride when someone masters a new skill.

This was a Christmas gift for my wife and i tagged along. We baked Gluten-free and Gluten-full rolls, scones and cinnamon rolls. We had a great time. My wife was able to learn from a Professional and we had a great time. We'll definitely do it again in the future. Thanks
