Chef Alejandro did an amazing job teaching the art and zen of sushi to me and my 10 year old daughter (who never held a knife before), a great fun and delicious evening!

Alejandro is a great teacher with a lot of interesting stories. We had a very fun evening and are inspired to keep practicing. It’s exciting to know that even after one short class we’re thinking about and tasting sushi differently!
