Learn how to make fresh, handmade pasta for a traditional menu inspired by Italian cuisine.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Alex will guide you as you practice the foundational techniques of traditional pasta making. Using regional ingredients, you'll learn how to compose a vibrant menu of Italian classics.

Begin the meal by making a refreshing fennel and orange salad with a bright herb vinaigrette. For the main course, you will handcraft fresh bigoli pasta for a classic cacio e pepe with savory pecorino and pink peppercorn. Dessert is the iconic Italian treat, tiramisu, with creamy mascarpone and bold espresso.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This experience was fantastic! Alex is an awesome Chef and Teacher and I would highly recommend his class to anyone interested! He brought everything we needed which made the whole process seamless. He is well informed about the techniques and the tips on when we try and make the same dishes on our own. The dishes were delicious and all in all we had a wonderful time! Will definitely be reaching back out to Alex in the future!
