Learn how to make fresh, handmade pasta for a traditional menu inspired by Italian cuisine.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Alex will guide you as you practice the foundational techniques of traditional pasta making. Using regional ingredients, you'll learn how to compose a vibrant menu of Italian classics.

Begin the meal by making a refreshing fennel and orange salad with a bright herb vinaigrette. For the main course, you will handcraft fresh tagliatelle pasta for a classic cacio e pepe with savory pecorino and pink peppercorn. Dessert is the iconic Italian treat, tiramisu, with creamy mascarpone and bold espresso.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

One of the most fun times I have had cooking. Alex was a true professional. Showed up on time, very friendly, and let you be involved in the process as much as you wanted. He kept it simple and fun and gave some helpful tips and tricks on how to make delicious pasta. He times it out perfectly where everything is cooked, then packs up his things and leaves to let you eat and do your thing. He brings the supplies so the kitchen looks spotless afterward. I will be recommending him to all of my friends.
