This class will bring your pasta making skills to the next level by mastering a beautiful stuffed pasta shape, cappelleti. Starting with a hearty vegetable packed soup, followed by the perfectly made cappellettis, and finishing with the silky panna cotta, this menu is perfect for any chilly fall or winter evening.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
