WHAT YOU’LL DO

Savor classic Italian dishes and take home freshly prepare pasta in this pasta-making workshop.
Settle in for a rewarding, hands-on pasta-making cooking class inspired by Sardinian tradition. Master several pasta shapes along with recipes for slow-braised meatballs and traditional tiramisu for dessert.

Begin with a classic Caesar salad, then dive into mixing traditional semolina dough by hand and learn about texture, hydration and flour choice. Practice shaping malloreddus, chiusoni and orecchiette, understanding the subtle pressure and movement behind each form. Enjoy tiramisu, then package your handmade pasta to take home with tips for cooking and saucing confidently. Register for this delicious class and create restaurant-quality Italian dishes.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Trevor didn’t show up for our event and did not communicate with me until I got his phone number from the company and texted him an hour after we were scheduled to start. The company was very good with customer service but I would not recommend Trevor for anything.
