Cooking Class - Advanced Pasta Making
Carefully craft an Italian feast from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Alex, complete with advanced pasta-making techniques and a menu brimming with classic dishes from Italy.
You will begin by making a hearty ribollita soup made with hearty kale, tomatoes, potatoes and Tuscan bread. For the main course, Chef Alex will teach you how to expertly roll, shape and prepare stuffed cappelletti pasta with roasted squash and spices in a decadent brown butter and sage sauce. Finish by handcrafting silky panna cotta with warming spices and fresh, seasonal fruit.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
