Settle in for a hands-on cooking class that blends technique, creativity and mouthwatering creations you’ll want to share. You’ll savor warm house-made focaccia and whipped honey butter while meeting your chef and learning the story behind Worldwide Eats.

Then explore the essentials of great cookies, from browning butter for deeper flavor to understanding sugar ratios, mixing methods and resting dough for perfect texture. You’ll create three elevated cookies from scratch, actively mixing, shaping and baking along the way. Enjoy a simple entrée as the cookies bake, then package the dough to take home. Booked the class Italian Pasta Comforts with Chef Trevor in Chicago

Trevor didn’t show up for our event and did not communicate with me until I got his phone number from the company and texted him an hour after we were scheduled to start. The company was very good with customer service but I would not recommend Trevor for anything.
