Chef was amazing! He taught us so much, kept us engaged and helped us all find our inner sushi chef. We did this as a team building activity for a newly assembled team and it was a wonderful way to connect with new colleagues. Thank you!!

What a WONDERFUL experience. Chef Alejandro is such a good and patient teacher, teaches not just technique but respect for the process of creating sushi. I just loved his class, and the resulting sushi. Besides the teaching and learning, he also made the experience fun and memorable for our group. Our friends who live here in Chicago will be recommending this experience to others. What a lovely and memorable and yummy experience. HIGHLY recommend.
