Cooking has been her lifelong passion and she is continually taking culinary classes to expand her knowledge. Chef Sonia has attended the New School of Cooking in LA, has studied in Italy with a Michelin star chef, and received a diploma in French Pastry Bakery from Le Cordon Bleu.

Fresh ceviche is one of those dishes that seems fancy and complicated — until you try it!
In this hands-on class, Chef Sonia will teach you the science and art of making homemade ceviche. Fresh and full of bright citrus flavor, her three ceviche recipes are ready to impress in no time.
After learning the basic ceviche formula, you can start exploring and tapping into your inner culinary creative. Chef Sonia gets you started with a vegetarian tomatillo ceviche, classic shrimp cocktail, and fresh white fish ceviche. End with a homemade organic lime-mint sorbet to refresh your palate after indulging in such an explosion of incredible flavors.
