In this hands-on class, Chef Sonia will teach you the science and art of making homemade ceviche. Fresh and full of bright citrus flavor, her three ceviche recipes are ready to impress in no time.
After learning the basic ceviche formula, you can start exploring and tapping into your inner culinary creative. Chef Sonia gets you started with a vegetarian tomatillo ceviche, classic shrimp cocktail, and fresh white fish ceviche. End with a homemade organic lime-mint sorbet to refresh your palate after indulging in such an explosion of incredible flavors.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
