Learn how to prepare your favorite Mexican dishes with Chef Daniel.

Demystify the process of creating classic Mexican cuisine in a fun cooking class environment with Chef Daniel. The best part is being able to take your new cooking skills home with you to make these recipes again and again.

You'll prepare three types of tacos in this hands-on class beginning with beef carne asada tacos topped with tomatoes, onions and guacamole, followed by crispy fish tacos served with a spicy jalapeño cream. Finally, Chef Daniel will teach you how to make spiced achiote chicken tacos with zesty cilantro lime rice and homemade black beans.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Had a fantastic time with Chef Daniel last week! In addition to preparing some absolutely delicious tacos, he taught us useful knife skills, the secret to an amazing chicken marinade, and how to make a fantastic fried fish. Daniel was a real delight, and his personality and breadth of knowledge made the evening both entertaining and educational! Would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to up their taco game.

Daniel was awesome! He showed us how to make an amazing taco meal and we learned a lot about how to prepare all of the food. He answered all of our questions and we ate like kings! What more could you want? We highly recommend him for a really fun night at home.
