Social Distancing Friendly Romance will be in the air as you prepare a three-course Mexican meal of sizzling proportions.
Take your evening out to the next level as you and your significant other share in the fun of preparing authentic Mexican food in an intimate class setting that promotes both learning and fun! Your culinary guide, Chef Daniel, is eager to share his knowledge that comes from years of professional experience at a variety of dining establishments. You and your sweetheart will be treated to mouthwatering cuisine while also learning skills that can be used at home.
The meal begins with luscious carne asada tacos, followed by savory and crispy fish tacos. Continue your experience with a spiced achiote chicken that is a true delight for your palate. The class concludes with flavorful cilantro lime rice with black beans.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Daniel is amazing! We learned quite a bit in just one night---‘everything from knife selection and other tools, organizing our workspace to cooking techniques and seasonings. All of our questions were answered (we had quite a few) and explanations were clear. And, Chef Daniel is a fantastic host. My friend and I genuinely enjoyed ourselves. We selected the “American Delight” menu and the results were spectacular. We’ll be talking about his experience for days to come and look forward to more classes with Chef Daniel.

Chef Daniel was great. He worked to accommodate a specific date request I had during the holidays. He was kind, clean, courteous. He gave the kids plenty of time to learn, practice, and participate, but overall kept the night and the dinner moving. This was a great gift and a great experience for all! Def worth every penny and the time!

Had a fantastic time with Chef Daniel last week! In addition to preparing some absolutely delicious tacos, he taught us useful knife skills, the secret to an amazing chicken marinade, and how to make a fantastic fried fish. Daniel was a real delight, and his personality and breadth of knowledge made the evening both entertaining and educational! Would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to up their taco game.
