Chef Jeff has assembled a menu that highlights an appetizing variety of sushi dishes that will inflame your passion for gourmet Japanese cuisine. In an intimate setting, you and your special someone will enjoy a front-row seat to all of the culinary action to make for a date night like none other. Treat yourself to a three-course meal expertly prepared by a sushi chef who has mastered his craft and provides an informative and fun atmosphere.
Chef Jeff begins by showing you how to prepare luscious yakitori and kushiyaki, followed by savory vegetable egg rolls and a refreshing seaweed salad. For the next course, you will witness the preparation of savory ahi sashimi and yellowtail sashimi and then succulent salmon nigiri sushi and tempting shrimp nigiri sushi. Complete your experience with a delightful blue crab avocado roll.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
