Chef Jordan brings his years of cooking experience and love of flavor to this engaging class on Indian cooking where you’ll be introduced to new culinary techniques and have a great learning experience under the guidance of an experienced chef.

Learn how to make fire-seared crispy tandoor eggplant finished with a cilantro-cashew crust. You'll also master side dishes using fresh spices, and enjoy a sweet mango-coconut white quinoa for dessert. Join Chef Jordan for laid-back fun, and recipes you’ll want to recreate again and again.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
