WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master Chinese dumpling folding and filling techniques in this hands-on cooking class.

In this cooking class, you’ll craft Chinese dumplings with fresh wrappers, ground pork, shrimp paste and chives while learning several beautiful folding techniques. You’ll also mix a simple dipping sauce with soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and rice vinegar before creating shumai-style dumplings with the remaining filling.

 

Get hands-on with shaping, folding, steaming and sauce-making as you turn simple ingredients into irresistible homemade dumplings. By the end of class, you’ll have the skills to recreate these savory bites in your own kitchen whenever the craving strikes. Book your spot today!
