There is nothing quite as satisfying as a crisp, golden schnitzel, and Chef Cathy is the perfect tour guide through the luscious world of homemade schnitzel dishes. Her European background and professional training with a focus on Swiss, German, and Eastern European cuisine makes her an expert at the art of schnitzel.
During class you will learn the intricacies of pounding the thinnest cutlets and the steps to crafting the perfect breading. Master the art of frying and create the most mouthwatering crisp-fried texture while keeping the meat moist and flavorful. Chef Cathy will guide you through six courses which offer a taste of five different schnitzels from an array of cuisines. Each schnitzel course is paired with a fresh green salad with homemade Swiss dressing.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
