Cooking Class - Classic Parisian Cooking Methods
Learn French cooking techniques with Chef Cregg, who will be your guide in creating a full Parisian feast. You'll master poaching and pan sauces and will have opportunities to refine your knife skills.
Begin by preparing a frisée salad with bacon vinaigrette and a poached egg. Next, you'll braise chicken and whisk together a creamy mustard sauce. While the chicken cooks, you'll create a duo of sides: Potato and parsnip purée and asparagus. Finally, Chef Chegg will teach you how to make bostock, a decadent pastry flavored with frangipane and fruit.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
