Learn how to cook as the French do in this interactive cooking class.

Learn French cooking techniques with Chef Cregg, who will be your guide in creating a full Parisian feast. You'll master poaching and pan sauces and will have opportunities to refine your knife skills.

Begin by preparing a frisée salad with bacon vinaigrette and a poached egg. Next, you'll braise chicken and whisk together a creamy mustard sauce. While the chicken cooks, you'll create a duo of sides: Potato and parsnip purée and asparagus. Finally, Chef Chegg will teach you how to make bostock, a decadent pastry flavored with frangipane and fruit.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Would recommend this class to ANYONE, first time taking one of Chef Cregg’s classes and will definitely be back! Bought this for my mother as a birthday present and will do this for years to come. The food was incredible, the class was taught in a way where not only did the food come out incredible but the lesson was retainable. Wish I could give 10/5 as this was a Perfect experience.
