Join Chef Cregg to learn classic French techniques with modern vegan flair.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Cregg will teach you foundational techniques from traditional French cuisine, including grilling, braising and baking, while incorporating fresh, plant-based ingredients.

You'll first prepare a wild mushroom toast with grilled baguette and delicate microgreens. Next, Chef Cregg will guide you as you prepare a hearty vegan coq au vin featuring lion’s mane mushrooms, rainbow carrots and rich, port wine accompanied by braised leek gratin made with an oat milk and nut cheese cream sauce. For dessert, learn how to bake classic blueberry and lavender clafoutis.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Such an amazing experience! Chef Cregg was kind and knowledgeable, brought all the ingredients including special substitutions for my dietary restrictions. It was not only a fabulous meal but we learned how to make a number of dishes. While we ate he did the clean up and then dished the dessert. Why hadn’t I found Cozymeal sooner? Such a fun experience and I highly recommend Chef Cregg!
