Chef Jasmin, a specialist in vegan fine dining, will guide you through a hands-on cooking class focused on plant-based cuisine. Experience the art of vegan cooking with fresh, organic ingredients and innovative techniques.

Begin with delicious stuffed portobello mushrooms filled with kale and tofu. Master the technique of making chimichurri cauliflower "steak" with red wine vinegar, shallots and parsley. Learn to char green beans to perfection with lemon zest and garlic oil. Finally, create a decadent vegan chocolate cake topped with salted caramel and whipped cream. Book now for a remarkable vegan culinary experience!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Hi Chef Jazmin had awesome energy for the Daddy/Daughter experience we wanted. She was so kind and patient with our 4 year old and accommodated her picky eating and 4 year old tendencies haha. Given it was a kids pasta class, the meal was basic but that was to be expected. Thanks!

She arrived looking professional in a very nice chef's uniform and came fully prepared with everything she needed—including her own serving ware—which made the whole process completely hands-off for us. From the moment she stepped into the kitchen, she took charge with ease and confidence. The food was absolutely delicious, with multiple generous courses and a lovely dessert that rounded out the meal perfectly. Beyond her culinary skills, she brought a fun, energetic spirit to the evening and was incredibly polite and engaging. After the meal, she even took care of cleanup and loaded the dishwasher—truly above and beyond. She's more than just a chef; she’s like a personal food guru. Highly recommend!
