Cooking Class - French Asian Fusion
In this hands-on class, Chef Pierre will lead you in fusing French and Asian cuisines heightening ingredient-focused dishes, refined presentation and healthful emphasis. The refined flavors of French cuisine combined with diverse Asian ingredients and modern interpretations of traditional techniques ensure a creative culinary experience you won't forget.
Chef Pierre teaches a variety of skills, including the proper prepping and cooking of jasmine rice, knife techniques to ensure correct fish carving, blending a glaze from scratch and the secret to mastering a divine tarte tatin.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
