In this cooking class, Chef Joey reveals his best tricks for creating incredible Italian food, dish after dish. Italian in heritage and training, Chef Joey is a talented connoisseur with a knack for relieving the intimidation factor in cooking.
For the first course, you'll enjoy a bright and flavorful spinach salad prepared by Chef Joey. For the main course, you'll venture into the art of what Joey affectionately calls "Italian Grandma dumpling-making." While most recipes call for ingredients that make the gnocchi heavy, Chef Joey will show you how whip up Nonna Elena's little clouds of deliciousness that are light and delicate. This ultra-satisfying meal ends on a sweet note with one of Chef Joey's delectable desserts.
Guests may bring up to 1 bottle of wine per person.

I booked this class as a surprise for my girlfriend for our 3 year anniversary. Joey delivered above and beyond. He made the class so much fun, and we also learned a lot. The food was absolutely divine! The atmosphere was also incredible, Joey has a very nice place that felt cozy and intimate and was perfect for our setting, a kitchen that could fit the three of us comfortably and then an amazing dining room for a romantic meal after. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. This is the experience your looking for! And we left with lots of left overs!
