These luscious recipes will enlighten you to the difference wine can make in your cooking.
Wine can turn a simple recipe into something spectacular, as you'll learn from Chef Charles in this informative cooking class. He'll share his secrets behind the magic of enhancing both savory and sweet dishes by incorporating wine as an ingredient.

Your wine-infused lesson begins with a round of scallops, pan-fried in a champagne and butter sauce featuring heavy cream and fresh herbs. You'll also prepare a gourmet rice and peas dish flavored with chardonnay and pecorino. And for dessert, you'll create a chocolate cake using port wine, topped with a luxurious crème anglaise.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a great time and can’t wait to book with Chef Charles again. Charles’s approach was very informative. We learned a lot about how to sear meat and cook on high heat; for example holding the pan at an angle away from you as you place the meat. Chef Charles made everything so easy and the food was the best. He is also a very interesting person and loved his stories as a chef. Can’t wait to work together again!
