Cooking Class - Keto Style Mexican Cuisine
In this class, you will learn how to recreate traditional Mexican recipes with a healthier, ketogenic twist. While many Mexican dishes are built around grains, Chef Angie will teach you how to replace them with low-carb alternatives.
Start by making cheese-stuffed and battered chile relleno. Then, prepare chicken and rice soup as well as refried "beans" with bacon. Traditional rice in the soup will be swapped for cauliflower rice, while the refried beans will be swapped for eggplant. Finally, prepare a low-sugar Mexican flan for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
