My wife & I have taken a number of other cooking classes, which were nice, but this one was by far the best yet. I've been on the Keto diet about 6 months (losing over 30 pounds), but really missed Mexican food. Angie's fresh take on Keto-friendly Mexican dishes was a revelation. Angie is knowledgeable, thorough, and just plain friendly. We spent the whole afternoon with her, and it seemed to go by so fast. We plan to take more classes with her in the future! Can recommend her classes without reservation.

I had such a great time cooking with chef Angie.
Chef Angie was friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class very much. And of course, the dishes were DELICIOUS!!

I had a great time with Chef Angela. She is very passionate about her food. I liked every single dish on her menu. I highly recommend her cooking classes.

Angie's "Polvorones" son lo maximo. Con su perfecto sabor y textura son riquisimos. Cuando me dio uno a probarlo. Quede encantada. Le doy 5 estrellas...Quiero mas!

The café de la olla was perfection. The flavor was on point. if it wasn’t mentioned, we would not have tasted the difference of piloncillo not being part of the creation. I love this keto friendly version.
The tacos de chicharron were tasty with the perfect amount of flavor. The crema simmered over had a full bodied flavor – very savory. I want 6 more tacos.
The presentation of the chilaquiles was great. They were piled high and covered with dollops of queso fresco, fresh cilantro leaves and actual taste was enjoyable. The tortilla chips were simmered in the perfect amount of sauce. The chips were not soggy.
I have to be honest, I am not a fan of flan, never have been however this flan was delicious. I am not sure what it was but I really enjoyed it and would actually be open to try it again. Rey said it tasted just like one he could have at any place however the difference is this was made with no sugar so that says a lot. It’s a winner for sure!

I would like to start of by saying that I do not participate in any specific diet. Saying that I really enjoyed Angie Rodriguez’s keto chilaquiles. The low carb ingredients specially tortillas made from cactus did not effect the taste of the dish. I’ve never tried red sauce chilaquiles with chicken. The dish was by far one of the best I tasted. The cilantro and queso fresco added a unique touch to the dish, it made a complete low carb dish very enjoyable.
