In this hands-on class with Chef Jason, you will learn how to create a three-course meal of family-style Italian classics found in many a household in Italy.

Although many associate homestyle Italian with comforting, heavy, calorie-rich dishes, the truth is that so much of authentic Italian cuisine is bright, light, and filled with the freshest and highest-quality ingredients. Some of the recipes you can look forward to handcrafting in this class include a flavor-packed chicory salad, homemade pasta, and a silky smooth buttermilk panna cotta for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Booked the class Origins of Pasta with Chef Jason in View Park (Windsor Hills)

Chef Jason was the perfect host, welcoming us into his beautiful kitchen and home and treating us to an evening of fun, learning, and delicious pasta. Jason had all his ingredients prepped and ready so we could jump into the cooking lessons, which covered everything from making pasta dough, knife skills, chopping ingredients for a bolognese sauce, creating tortellini filling, and turning three kinds of dough into four types of pasta. Near the end of the class, Chef Jason took over and finalized all of our dishes and served us a huge and delicious meal. We even took home a ton of leftovers! I would absolutely recommend Chef Jason's "Origins of Pasta" class or any other class. He's a wonderful teacher who caters well to any skill level or interest, and is able to modify the class depending on your questions, things you'd like to learn and how involved in the cooking you want to be.

Booked the class Oaxacan Fare With Flair with Chef Jason in View Park (Windsor Hills)

Chef Jason was amazing! I brought my wife for her birthday because she loves to cook but also wanted to sharpen her Mexican cuisine skills. I thought it would be not only a thoughtful gift to her but a creative gift that expressed my love for her and her passion for cooking and eating fine foods. We had such a great time with Chef Jason in the kitchen we plan to do it again and bring friends too. Chef Jason's knowledge of the foods, its history and culture made it a really cool experience. Chef Jason made us feel comfortable and answered every question we had through our 5 hour experience. Our food was delicious and we were able to take food home as well. We took a lot of pictures and videos throughout our day and Chef Jason was great with the photos as well as video. As you can tell from this review, we had a great time. We would highly recommend this experience with Chef Jason! We'll post pics and a video if I can load the video. Also, Chef Jason's location was outstanding! I won't give details due to privacy but it was great! Lastly, our children came through towards the end and Chef Jason was very kind and welcoming despite our busy cooking experience. I really dont know what else to say other than our heart felt feelings towards Chef Jason is that he loves what he does and it was shared within our experience. Chef Jason, I feel like we made a new friend in you and thank you for making my wife's day special! Much love❤️ and respect for your time and for sharing your passion and knowledge with us today.
