Chef Greg was perfect for our party of mixed business associates and family. He was very professional and entertaining to our two kids who asked him endless questions. The food was prepared perfectly and everyone one totally enjoyed the food as well as Chef Greg himself. We are using him again this Saturday for a totally different group...friends. Next time we are in the Hamptons, we will for sure use him again!

Chef Greg prepared a fantastic meal for my Dad's birthday. He was responsive and easy to deal with from the beginning, helping to craft a menu that included many of my Dad's favorites. Although we threw him a few curveballs, including an oven that partially broke the morning of the event, Chef Greg dealt with everything with ease and professionalism and prepared an absolutely fantastic meal, including fabulous tuna tartar, perfectly cooked steaks and probably the best chocolate soufflés that any of us had ever had. We highly recommend Chef Greg for your event!
