Under the guidance of Chef Greg, you'll learn how to make two gourmet tacos by hand: Chipotle chicken with tomato salsa, crema, cotija cheese and red hot sauce, and skirt steak tacos with pineapple salsa, crema, cotija cheese and habañero hot sauce. Join Chef Greg for a fun class and take home recipes that your friends and family will love.

I was a guest in Chef Greg's Gourmet cooking class in NYC (Mexican cuisine). It was really nice and everyone had a great time.
Chef Greg is a versatile chef who enjoys cooking and teaching a slew of different techniques. After earning his education at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, Chef Greg worked at Blue Hill and Craft, and was a private chef for some time. His menu offerings range from gourmet Mexican street food to fried chicken to handcrafted pizza, showing the scope of Chef Greg’s cooking expertise.
