In this class, you'll learn how to make everything you'd find at a steakhouse dinner from scratch, right down to the steak sauce. Professional Chef Greg is your guide through this exciting, hands-on class.
Guests can choose between perfecting ribeye or strip steak. Chef Greg will teach you the proper preparation for the steak of your dreams, as well as recipes and techniques for steak sauce, creamed spinach, and crispy lemon garlic potatoes. You'll never want to go out for steak again, as this class will leave you with all the skills and know-how you need for an upscale dining experience right at your kitchen table.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I was a guest in Chef Greg's Gourmet cooking class in NYC (Mexican cuisine). It was really nice and everyone had a great time.
Chef Greg is a versatile chef who enjoys cooking and teaching a slew of different techniques. After earning his education at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, Chef Greg worked at Blue Hill and Craft, and was a private chef for some time. His menu offerings range from gourmet Mexican street food to fried chicken to handcrafted pizza, showing the scope of Chef Greg’s cooking expertise.
